Quite a selection from Red Snapper to Turbot...BUT....unless you REALLY like Turbot and want to pay 516 fl ($286) for a whole fish (maybe 5-6 pounds) the snapper seems to be a good choice...

FL 516.79 is the price on the package. Saw another fish a couple of days prior with right around the same price

Edit: On another Carrefour note: at checkout some crew were provisioning a ship and the cashier was still scanning items (two baskets to go) and the price was up to FL 3196 and counting. Good business for that market

Charter yachts are the major buyers of fish. I remember seeing a whole large salmon being purchased for several $100 by7 a yacht chef.
