wendy-all you do is click on the blinking envelope.

After clicking on blinking envelop next to your signed in name you then click on the message title.

Thanks, everyone! I swear I did all of the above, and still wasn't able to open it, but this morning it worked!

wendy--are you using Edge as your browser? They just did a bunch of updates and some things don't seem exactly normal at the moment.
