what about chartering out of Martinique or St. Lucia and making the trip north to Guadeloupe?

Horizon out of Jolly Harbour Antigua, great company and a great place to provision with easy get access from the US and Europe. About 7 hours North of Desais.

Moorings has a base in Rodney Bay St. Lucia, C&I office right in the marina makes clearing out easy.
