Ground transportation in Panama

Hoping somebody has suggestions for ground transportation from Panama City to fort Sherman (at north end of canal) in early December. Our flight arrives at 1PM and I'd like to meet-up with the boat at Shelter Bay Marina that evening.

Any recommendations?
