Okay, it is too slow in here, what is everyone cooking?

Working hard on the boat today, so lunch is likely to be from Subway.

Chicken is thawing for dinner, probably a stir fry with onions, peppers, garlic, and tomato. Not very exciting.

Tomorrow I start cooking ahead for my passage from Annapolis to Narragansett: lasagna, meadle, prep for lamb and chicken curries, broccoli soup, chicken soup, and prep, prep, prep.

we had a small bone-in pork tenderloin with TipW's BBQ Dry Rub last night! (along with Yellow Squash & Herbed Mashed Potatos)...
Yummmmm! it really was good! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

TipW gave us a jar of his BBQ Dry Rub when we met on the Club 'O beach... THANKS SO MUCH TIP!

Auspicious, stop in on Eastern LI (Greenport or Sag Harbor) for a night's layover and maybe we can get together?
We should have our Boston Whaler in the water this weekend so we can go to either...
20 minute ride to Sag Harbor, and 10 minutes to Greenport...

Thanks peconic. I expect to head straight to Point Judith. From there I'm going to Glen Cove for my college homecoming on the 22nd. I'll look at charts today to see if Sag Harbor or Greenport makes sense in one direction or the other.

Last night I had leftover pork chops that I did on the grill the night before. I'm almost embarrassed to say that I bought a box of Wanchai Ferry(?) Kung Pow Chicken mix at Kroger's and used the leftover pork. It was surprisingly good.

Mexican tonight. Chicken Quesadillas.

Sorry haven't been on that much but, hey, if steak/baked pot/salad is your thing then go for it. But, yes, from where I'm sitting it is boring. However, if it makes you happy don't feel guilty.

Yup...Eyetalians do have some Southern roots/routes! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />
