Recipe for Mango Vinaigrette ?

Any one have a "tried and true" recipe?

Would be interested in mango recipes in general, as I got 4 mangos for $1 at the grocery store yesterday and they are RIPE.

Carol, cut one up, throw it in a blender with a little ice and some dark rum.

I get those at Driftwood bar and they are Sooooooo refreshing!
