sauteed radishes - 04/02/2011 04:45 PM

This was in the local paper today, just happened to have a bag of radishes in the fridge and tried it. GOOD. Cut radishes in half, sautee in butter and sprinkle with sea salt. It takes the bite out and makes a nice side dish, could be combined with gree peas also.

Elaine on one of my trips to SXM I bought a container of brussel sprouts in Grand Marche and the recipe for sauteing them with garlic was on the package. I've done them that every since! I steam them for a few minutes and then cut them in half so more of the butter/garlic taste goes through them and then saute them with the butter and garlic. Loads of fresh ground black pepper and some sea salt...delicious!
