someone posted recently in search of a nice, summer drink. here's a refreshing watermelon cocktail using:
half a large watermelon
handful of mint muddled in lemon juice
strawberries to taste (substituted for sugar)
vodka
blend watermelon and strawberries. pour into large pitcher with the muddled mint and lemon juice. will keep well for a few days. serve with desired amount of vodka. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" />
