Thanks Dawn
That's it, and with fresh lobster at $5.50 per lb. in Grenada, sounds like we will be eating lots of it!

Carolyn--for future purposes, if you need to search for something that is two words, like lobster bisque, you need to put parentheses around it, as in "lobster bisque". <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clever.gif" alt="" />

That recipe looks good, although I will be interested to hear how you like it, as it doesn't seem like it would be "tomatoey" enough for me personally.

Carol, This is real lobster bisque... real lobster bisque is not tomatoey...
too much tomato would mask the flavors of the lobster...
maybe tomatoey would be fine for warm water lobster, but not cold water lobster...

Just to be clear, you need to put the words in quotation marks, not parentheses, is that correct?

"" - these
() - not these

Like I said, not tomatoey enough for ME. I don't know what is 'real' lobster bisque and what isn't. I just know that, of the lobster bisque I have had, I preferred the ones that had more tomato flavor.
