We sailed this boat on a 12 day cruise in the Med in 2015 and it was 100% great.

But this cruise didnt go so well it seems.

I don't know the whole story on that, but according to the cruise line, they eventually went to 8 of 9 ports? And not sure how wide spread the toilet problem was, but any sewage smell in public areas has to be really disgusting!

It's been a few years but we went on a Hawaiian cruise and did not hit any of our local ports due to weather, it instead was a "floating hotel". I genuinely felt bad for the staff, they didn't get any breaks. When we finally got off for one day (the day before embarking), the staff still had to stay on to get the ship cleaned out and ready again. The video above, the Norwegian employee really kept his cool.

I guess the main feature of the cruise was that it was an Iceland cruise and it never got there or Amsterdam, the Paris. Another big complaint was then ended up hitting 5 Norway ports with many of the same excursions.

We hit all 10 ports in our 12 day Med Cruise on the Spirit. I guess planning an Iceland a cruise in sep/Oct is like a Caribbean cruise in hurricane season.
