Starting to plan our flexible itinerary for December 26-January 2nd. We have spent the last 2 Old Years Nights at Foxy's and the 1 prior to that in North Sound. Any suggestions for other places to spend the night? Thinking we might be in Virgin Gorda by then and wondering if anyone has suggestions other than North Sound (it was pretty mellow the year we went). We will be two 40 something couples.
Anegada gives an Old Years Night experience like no other place in the BVI. Always a great time!

If you are going to be on Virgin Gorda, try the Rock Cafe. I have no idea what they do on New Year's Eve ... but it sure won't be "mellow".
Maybe dinner there or at CocoMaya (which is right around the corner) and then dancing and drinks at The Rock Cafe with lots of loud music to get the heart beating.
Of course, there's always the big party at Trellis Bay too!

Agree with Jason, we had a wonderful NYE at Anegada two years ago. We were three couples from late 20's to mid 30's. Had dinner at Lobster Trap (no longer there) and drinks and dancing at Potter's. Everyone had a great time.

Myett's in CGB treated us great on NYE a couple of years ago. We reserved a slip in Soper's and then took a cab over to CGB (if you're concerned about swells or mooring ball availability). Call for reservations and have a great time!
Before you head to VG, try Aragorn's NYE party in Trellis Bay. Super fun, good music, cultural event, not too crazy like Foxy's but definitely a lively vibe. They have a West Indian buffet, mocko jumbies, big metal sculptures that are lit on fire - really cool to see.

Hi have you been to Trellis recently? Were you there for Old Year's Night last year (2014)? Just curious how it was?
Resurrecting this thread. Looks like we might try Trellis for Old Years Eve now. Does anyone know how late the ferry runs between Marina Cay and Trellis?

I think you should get times and $ direct from marina cay. I once asked at marina cay and no one could answer me.
