Last time we sailed the BVI in 2008 (yes, pity me ;-) Leverick Bay had a TTOL special where you could dock for the price of a mooring ball ... assuming there was space. Is that still the policy? we enjoyed Leverick the first week of November and it IS the best deal in the islands....and the service ain't bad either!
