Its been six years since our last BVI charter and number 15 for me. Always started on ST Thomas using TIP, VIP then found the best in CYOA however, they no longer have power cats so, The Moorings it was with a flight to EIS. Although not as easy as a direct to St Thomas, no big deal. Cant say enough about the Moorings, we had the 47 PC, a little tired but mechanically

great. We had the same crew as six years ago, non of them were true boaters back then but now, they are good to go without me:(
The trip
day one- Norman and the Willy T show. Not sedate at all, lived up to its reputation with the greatest jump show on earth.

Day 2- Off to Marina Cay for a mooring and dinner and the shuttle to Trellis for the full moon party. The shuttle was a great idea as Trellis was packed

Day 3- My 65th birthday had to be spent at the Soggy Dollar, happens to be the name of our boat as well. Go figure!

Day 4- Off to Diamond Cay, no northern swell but great lunch at Taboo and off to the non bubbly pool.

Day 5- back to the Soggy dollar, I was out voted by a crew that could now take the boat after tossing me over so I caved in. Maybe training them wasn't as good of an idea as I thought!! Cane Garden for the night.

Day 6- Off the deadman, Peter. The girls wanted to experience the most expensive drinks in the BVI, they did. That night back to the moorings base for early flights home.

Greatest trip ever, food was terrific most everywhere. WE had the full provisioning package, pretty good but no way near the quality of Fine Foods Afloat out of St Thomas. I dint realize we had a plate fridge and never turned it off, froze near all we had. Oh well, an excuse to eat out more.

Best pain killers in the BVI were on our boat, thanks Dale for perfecting the formula. He worked on it at home before making them on my boat. He made the best right down to the nutmeg.

Great rip, maybe next time on our own boat <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Joy.gif" alt="" />

You crammed a lot of BVI into six days ... well done! Now about that Pain Killer recipe ... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />
