Another great little book

Just finished reading a delightful little book called "Gypsy wind speaks" . It is a collection of short stories written by a fellow who left everything behind to follow his dreams of becomming a charter boat captain on his own sailboat in the Virgin Islands. This is the write up on Amazon ...

It's about a couple who ditch their jobs to live and cruise on a sailboat in the Caribbean. While not specific to the BVI's, it's a great read.

It's a fun read for boaters. Coy is a neat guy with a great perspective on life.

My wife and I interacted with Coy on a few different occasions. We had weeks booked on Reef Song right after him twice. He was always kind to us and very knowledgeable with Reef Song's systems. He even left us a bottle of rum as a welcoming gift on our first trip. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

I would highly recommend the mystery series of four books (in paperback) written by Kathy Brandt. I suggest reading them in order. The background is located in the British Virgin Islands and I found it fun to attempt to identify the places, persons, and charter companies mentioned in the books.
