We've found JetBlue to be the best option. At least to San Juan. Then we use Cape Air. You can buy combined - or we end up just getting the commuter book.

How do you book Jet Blue & Cape Air as one ticket?

Go on the JB website and punch in BOS to EIS

I did that, but did not see a Cape Air connection with Jet Blue.

I just did this in Feb and did JetBlue to SJU and then Seaborne to EIS and it was all on one ticket and I was able to use points. Last year when I did this it was the same but with LIAT instead of Seaborne. I've not seen a way to get Cape Air through JetBlue.

The only way to Beef Island via JetBlue is via a connection with Cape or Seaborne. If the flight is appearing, the connection is there. Take another look. Prices are awful.

If you look through the JB website, they offer flights from Boston to EIS with connections in STT or SJU.

I haven't been there for about 10 years but back then it was always best to fly from logan to st thomas and then take the ferry over .the flight is [was ] much cheaper but including the ferry ride it gacve you time to relax and have a pain killer.. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Woof.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Woof.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Woof.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Woof.gif" alt="" />

I agree Mike. It's (the ferry) the most economical way to get there from Boston. It's pricey to fly to EIS and has been for a while now. But that being said the ferry can be a very frustrating and challenging experience. We have tried both Cape Air and Seabourn and much prefer Seabourn for all of the reasons that Walker has pointed out in another post.
Best of luck and no matter how you get there...it's worth it! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

Inter Caribbean has flights from SJU to Eis. I bought one way for $90 which is not bad. Only down side is a long layover since the earlier flight did not have much time between flights so I went with the later flight.
