Live music schedule and St. Thomas free time

Hello All,
We will be on charter the last week of Feb. and I'd like to catch some live music if we can. Is there a current publication that lists the live music schedule in BVI's?

Also, we're going to have 6 or 7 hours to kill in St. Thomas...any suggestions for something to do?
