Caneel Bay Mooring Field

Hi all -

Even though Caneel Bay Resort is not open, is the mooring field? (didn't know if it was closed if Caneel was responsible for fees, or if that is technically managed by the national park).

Mooring field is open and it's managed by the NPS. There's a floating pay station.
