Fishing License - is vessel name and registration really needed ?

Going through the form for the fishing License. Do I really need the vessel name and registration or is "n/a" OK to start.

Still trying to get my vessel name from the moorings but they told me by boat is still unassigned.

Push them. They have a generic number they can use that fisheries accepts

Just put down "Moorings".
