I was in NYC last week. Had a wonderful meal at Sparks Steakhouse. We didn’t rent a car. Used Uber. Happy hour at the Joshua Tree is always good. PM me for me details.

As for Car rentals.
If you’re land based the car rentals are basically the same.
For example if you get a flat tire you’re responsible to pay for it, full coverage has $1,000 deductible.
If someone rams your car you’re responsible for repairs.

If you are on Tortola Denzil Clyne has good cars and decent deal in West End. Happy hours..most bars in CGB..always a good time at The Sugar Mill beach bar " Tramonti". Quito plays happy hour on Wednesdays at " Quito's Gazebo"on CGB..IMHO has the best food on CGB right now. "Bananakeet" is always good with Reuben Chinnery playing Fridays..We love " Gene's" in Sea Cow's Bay and "Omar's Fusion" in Soper's hole..all on Tortola.Best breakfast also in Soper's is "Omar's De Best Cup"..

Be aware of the hazzards of driving on the other side of the road. Mix in having a few rums. And looking the wrong direction when leaving a driveway or entering another road or street. Oh and the dreaded fun at a round about.

Or perhaps you were raised in Merry Olde, and it is not a problem.

Enjoy

Thanks for all the info. What would you say is the best time of year to go. Budget of course, we were thinking End of February beginning of March.

Prices usually drop in Mid April..Nov 15 to April 15 is considered high season.

It is worth checking with individual properties or charter companies about their seasonal rates. Some hotels have a shoulder season rate, and some have off season rates until mid December. Christmas and New Year will be most expensive.
