I hope they allow my Grizzly and Wolverine.

This is long needed. Emotional support animals that are properly trained and certified are fine with me. It’s the fake service dogs, totally out of control in the airport, that are a problem. I was recently on a cross country flight with some poor dog that was scared out of its mind and barking its head off for 5 hours. That needs to stop.

Long overdue. If you're crazy enough to fly with a snake or turkey, it could be argued you shouldn't be on a plane! If it's a legit service animal, it's trained. Otherwise you pay for it to go in the hold.

Well, I guess I shouldn't pursue my dreams of getting a emotional support sloth

Get a groundhog-they stay underground most of the time and don't make noise!

You mean I will not be able to fly with my Honey Badger?

Would I be allowed to bring on my emotional support bar cart? I would share.

Service animals are different than emotional support animals. The latter is where the abuse has occurred.

Do the chickens that always seem to fly with us on Air Sunshine count? More cargo than ESAs.

Totally agree...

Emotional support dogs are not trained, and the owner gets a note from a doctor that el mutto is an emotional support animal. The doc has never even seen the animal and knows nothing about it. Ridiculous.

On the other side of that, I have seen vicious dogs the call an emotional support dog, in full on attack , and I mean attack mode, with their whacked out owners not keeping them under control , and the animal straining against a leash and biting the passerby .. this was on a continuous basis.

That ESA situation is for weak people who want to take their dogs with them shopping, eating flying, etc, etc.

About time someone but the binders on that nonsense.

Service dogs are trained, and go thru testing. Many serve in hospitals and do a great job .
