What exactly is COVID insurance?

As opposed to regular travel insurance? And where does one pick up such a thing if it's different?

I'm not planning on making a triumphant return to the BVI until June 2021 when hopefully all this BS has died down and simplified. But I might get too impatient so trying to get the heads up on things.
