The devil is, as always, in the details! Does " fully vaccinated international travellers and crew members " mean yachts and their crews? Water taxis?

So tantalizingly close to something approaching normalcy!

No clue. Nobody has said why the ports are opening.

It must be for private boats and day charters. Why else would 4 ports be open to International visitors when the International ferry's are only running to Road Town? I think this is a big deal but once again, we have to interpret what we just heard.

Well, its June 17th. Who is going to be the first captain to pull up to one of these ports with fully vaccinated crew from outside of BVI?

The ports are still closed except for approved international ferry operators.

not us...we took our lumps by being the last fully vaccinated crew to get deep deep nasal Day 0 PCR tests..."thank you sir may I have another"
