BVI Concierge experiences?

BVI Concierge experiences? - 04/13/2022 07:10 PM

Thanks in advance for anyone's experience in using BVI Concierge entry/exit services for the BVI recently. We sail next month and would like a few reviews prior to booking them. Its expensive, but would be handy especially on the back end for the testing service prior to our return to USVI.

Make your life easier and bring some eMed.com test kits with you. 2 reasons:
1. you can test on your own schedule without having to come to shore to a specific test center
2. in the event of a false positive result, you can simply retest instead of being reported to the government and getting caught in a mandatory quarantine situation

Absolutely agree. We even tested from our boat anchored in beautiful Deadman’s Bay this past Sunday. Super easy.

We used BVI Concierge service last year for navigating and handling the entry requirements into BVI. They were absolutely amazing.....I didn't even have to create the logins or anything. Just sent her our stuff (12 people) and she took care of it. Also of note, we were not approved at the time of needing to leave SJU for our Cape Air flight and could not board. Called BVI Concierge up and she said "Please hand your phone to the agent". Whatever she said bought her enough time to call her contacts at BVI portal and voila....off we went. We didn't really need them for any other services along the way but they offer anything you need. I do trust they will get done what they say they will. I too did a ton of research on them before we went last year and I never saw a bad review to be honest. Hope this helps!

You and I are sharing the same wavelength my friend, especially regarding point number 2. If you do test positive it gives you a few minutes to gather your thoughts and organize what happens next....including being able to take another test.
