Road Town Fast Ferry

Road Town Fast Ferry - 06/15/2022 01:03 AM

Currently in BVI. Leaving on Thursday. I know all the Covid restrictions have been lifted in USVI. Taking the 11:30am RTFF back to Charlotte Amalie from Road Town. Does anyone have firsthand knowledge that they are not asking for negative Covid test to board the ferry? Thanks in advance.

They’re not asking for a test.

I'm not sure about that, but I wouldn't think so since the portal isn't required anymore.

Since the ferries are privately run, they can ask for cards if they so choose, or tests for that matter. Just wondering what is really being done in practice. I would imagine not, but would love to hear info from anyone travelling in next few days for RTFF from BVI to USVI so we can plan if we need to bring tests.

We have 20 people travelling, and 1 is unvaccinated....

I went from Roadtown Fast Ferry to USVI and was never asked for a negative COVID test by anyone. They still do want you to wear a mask. And for those who are wanting to get off the ferry quickly and go through customs you will disembark at the Port side aft of the ferry, Not where you entered. Just a little snippet of info for RTFF arriving in Charlotte Amalie.
