Dinghy Poker Run 2022

Good Day All....gauging interest here for a Dinghy Poker run in the North Sound on or around Halloween 2022. North Sound Bistro would be the home for the event with stops planned at the usual suspects here in the North Sound Area. One new addition is Rumrunners which is a boat selling excellent blender drinks and they will anchor out and be one of the stops on the run. Small craft only, though a paddleboard division might be interesting, and Hobie Cats as well. Very interested in particular in thoughts about a Sunday event versus Monday which is actually Halloween itself. The Nick Willis Award will go to whichever dinghy has the most fun! Open to ideas as always.

Tom..just love this. We all miss Nick and Monica dearly and the Poker Run was their wonderful, and most fun, brainchild.I would definitely be up for it if I could jump aboard someone's dinghy. The only thing I will say about the dates you mention..they coincide with Foxy's Catfight that some of us like to do too...It would be a shame if one had to choose between the two..

Our plan is to be in North Sound on Friday Oct. 28 and Saturday Oct. 29. Sounds like a great time if we can make it work! If not, we still plan to stop by and check out your new restaurant and bar.

I'll be on the race committee for the Cat Fight on the 29th, so it might be tough to get to North Sound the next day.

Monday the 31 is Halloween, and I tried calling Justine for the dates for Catifght but didn't get through.....anybody know those dates? Usually Catfight tries to have the party on Saturday night, so I was thinking Monday might work. Also a good fit for many itineraries starting off on Sat/Sunday.

The Cat Fight and Halloween party are on October 29th.
