Jolly Roger / Fish 'n' Lime?

Is there anything where the Jolly Roger and Fish 'n' Lime used to be near the West End Ferry?

Nothing. Drove by there Friday afternoon.

Efforts to open something there ( a New JR) have been stsimied by ridiculous conditions from the land lords (landladies)...Crying shame for all..

I drove by it a few weeks ago and almost cried seeing how it's rotting and collapsing from neglect.
