Serious Post about the Pizza Boat

So since the previous thread was shut down but I still had questions I wanted to ask - here is another one....

Seriously, love the idea of a food truck or cart on St Thomas but have no idea what the rules and regulations are. I know there are a few operating on the island and the thought intrigues me.

Anyone have any knowledge they would share?

Try going to City Hall or Small Business Administration and inquire what permits Etc. are needed.

I am sure the Department of Health has some input, also.
