Crown Bay Marina, American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook, and Compass Point Marina. Also several smaller marinas in the mangroves.

Should be lots of spaces available after the storm. The places mentioned by CaptainJay are all options. You are going to need a local to check on the boat and maintain and run the systems. You are also going to need a hurricane plan unless you remove the boat from the area from June to 1 Nov unless you self insure. I had plans to put a cat in the USVI with 5 partners rather than charter or own a boat. The numbers are a few years old but it was going to run 30-36,000 a year to do it properly for a 45 foot cat.

Another option would be to get a dock space at Puerto del Rey Marina in Fajardo on Puerto Rico’s east coast.
Your approximately 2-1/2 hours to Culebra and and another 3-4 hours to St Thomas.
They have an excellent yard where you can tie your boat down for the hurricane season.
During Cat 5 hurricane Maria all the boats on the hard survived without damage except for 3 boat which fell down with minimal damage.

Actually sail445, FIVE boats were destroyed in Puerto del Rey boatyard during hurricane Maria. Don Street wrote an article for the Caribbean Compass (March 2018) stating no boats were destroyed but that information came from Puerto del Rey Marina staff and not an actual inspection by Don. We have pictures of our friends boat, Ivory Star, with 3 jackstands penetrating the hull for a total loss. The small buildings blew apart in the boatyard and also caused considerable damage to several boats near those structures: Island Spirit had their mast heavily damaged and had to be shipped back to the US for repairs.

Pictures of the docks in the marina showed several boats sunken at the docks as well right after the hurricane.

So no place is safe from a hurricane when you are in the hurricane box during hurricane season. Just sayin' smile

Yes, some boats in the water sunk and others were banged up but still usable after Maria. What happened was a section of the jetti of boulders gave gave way and water gushed in and slammed the the boats from a few boats in to the ends of docks 10 to 12.
My boat was on 10 and I lost only three stanctions and abou 12’ of toe rail along with some cosmetic damage.
On the hard the boats with the hurricane tie ups did very well except for a few.
Considering there were over a hundred boats on the hard and about 700 in the slips every thing turned out pretty good.
