BVI -STJ water taxi

Is there an option for water taxi between BVI and St John? We're on BVI for most of our Mar trip but will spend a Friday -Sunday on St John. We'd like to be able to get there and back (we fly out of Beef Island Sunday night) without spending all day on ferries and waiting in customs lines.
