Gyms on STT

Any recommendations for gyms on the island?

Mostly it depends where you are: Antilles has a gym and a separate Cross Fit place, UVI has a fitness center, Extreme Gym next to Cost-U-Less, and Paradise Gym on the dock at Havensight. Also there are gym/spas at the Marriott, Sugar Bay and the Ritz. Check 'em all out. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />
