Fig

I usually don't post about dinners I had but tonight I will do just that. Last year Fig opened up in Maho just hours after we left to come home. We finally made it tonight and we all had a great meal. If anyone is thinking about goingb there, just go. Great menu, food and service. I won't go into detail but there's something for everyone.

Funny that you mentioned those 2 dishes. I had the tuna and it was just as I had ordered it, seared on the outside and red on the inside. The woman sitting opposite me had the duck breast. She couldn't stop saying how great it was.

I guess we'll have to give Fig another try; we weren't impressed year before last when we visited the old location. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad night.

Just returned from three weeks on the island, and it was one of only two places we went to more than once. Excellent IMHO.
