Doesn't the Red Piano have live music pretty much every night?

I think so, but can't swear to it.

They have in the past as I know Church on Monday is not the only group/person that plays live music there.

Yes, Red Piano has live performers every night. Most nights except Mondays are piano players/singers. Bon Appetit also has a live performer every night and the former Topper's by the Sea has live music every night except Thursdays - everything from steel drums to Elton John-type singers.
