Kenny's car rental

Forgot to add to my trip report that Leslie made the trip so easy---car waiting, fast paper work off to the beach! Return just as easy.

Have used Kenny's for 6 years. He is the best! Had a car problem once and had a new car in one hour. Great customer service is what keeps me coming back!

Thanks Folks for all the positive and kind remarks. Have been in this business for over 21 years for myself. Before that , was Holiday Car Rental at Mullet Bay Resort.

ON our last visit we met a couple at the beach bar and struck up a conversation. The usual, where you from, how long you staying, what have you done? Turns out they were leaving the next day. They very nervous and frustrated about the departure. Apparently their car rental experience was a nightmare. With crazy long lines of people dropping off and picking up their vehicles. It took them at least two + hours to get squared away and they expected the same when leaving. They asked me about my rental. Told them about Kenny's and Leslie, and how his pick up and drop off is speed and simplicity at its best. I think they were going to cry....they certainly took notes.

On island now. Renting from Lesley as usual, and as usual, he was there waiting for us with a handshake and a smile when we landed. Car is perfect also.

Just remember, because Kennys is so good, he's in high demand so reserve early...8-12 weeks in advance. Like many the rental car is usually last on the reserve list when we book any travel.

yes on island now,,,he's the best,,,upon landing he was there and we were off in minutes,,,,

Referred him to a couple at Club O last time who were having a nightmare car rental experience (false allegations, threats to call authorities, car issues).

Nice to have someone who takes pride in customer service!

Wanted to use this company but the price was much higher than Hertz and Hertz included liability. Bummer

I don't even bother to "car shop" anymore. We have used Leslie from day one. We KNOW he is there 24/7 if we need him. That in itself is worth a little extra!! See you soon Leslie!!

Just chiming in, we used Kennys on our last trip, very smooth transaction.

Used him last year for the 1st time and again this year and till I stop going down that is my plan. Now if I could just find a way to park in the Royal Islander parking gararge a little easier, I would rent for all the month of May.

We used Kenny's on our last trip due to recommendations here. The service was outstanding, the car was clean, newer and well maintained. We started our vacation as soon as we walked outside the airport. Smooooth transaction coming and going. Well worth the relatively small price to pick up and return at the airport. We are now Lesley Lifers!
