Statement says your AMF has to be current...

Quote
subject to the Lessee's account being paid current prior to said occupancy

..and the resort has the option to use funds to repair the unit and extend your contract a year

Quote
the Lessor May elect to repair or rebuild the Unit and and extend the Lessee's benefits for the length of time use was not aviable.

My opinion...

Personally speaking, I think any class action suit will rack up a lot of billable hours for both US and SXM attorneys so you might want to see what the actual end result is before you get into lawsuit mode. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
