Thanks, Carol. I'm suffering withdrawal. Haven't missed this in more than 20 years. Next year!

I will have to get my original Regatta shirt out from when Wendell and I first went but I am thinking 14 or so years since I have missed one.

We too enjoyed watching many HRs over the years and one year attended all the parties. From our timeshare at the soon to be demolished Caladium building at SBR we could watch the sailing activities and view and hear the festivities at Kim Sha beach. Not this year however. BTW started collecting t-shirts, polos, and posters of this event from the 1990's. I'll wear one while recovering from my knee replacement surgery on 3/5.

Enjoyed the first days racing yesterday. Our high winds have died down, of course. Going to be a slow race today! Been having a bit of trouble with the picture forum, so can't upload at the moment.

It's been 20 years since we've missed a Regatta! We should have landed yesterday, instead Don & I wore Regatta t-shirts in honor of what we're missing. I hope we don't miss it next year but with Diamond you just don't know...

Hey, just sayin', if you want to go, by next year, there should be plenty of places you can rent..

Thanks for the info about the Regatta Carol. Linda and I were to begin our first day in Paradise Feb 28th. However, our beloved Horny Toad was ruined by the hurricane. First time we missed the island in 15 years. Oh well, looking forward to next year!
