Perch-Lite/Le String,Chez Leandra

Happy to see Perch Lite is open but do not understand how they can be open but Le String and Chez Leandra are closed againby the government.

The reason is that Club O owns the land where the Perch Lite is. The Collectivite' owns the land and holds the leases on the property where Le String, etc., is. As the landlord, the Collectivite' determines what is there and when they can be open.

Le String and Chez Leandra closed at the direction of the government. They were told that the government was going to clean up that section of beach, including the concrete slabs they were using. Lionel of Le String told me that he thought they would reopen in November.
