Mt Vernon Ownership Costs

Curious if anyone owns a unit at Mt Vernon and what the taxes, insurance and condo/hoa like fees are a year?

Also, how does one get one of the reserved parking spots?

The person I rent from has three units and two parking spots, you have to buy the parking spots when they become available.

Bet it's a long wait too.
