Talking with Sandra,night manager (on FB messenger), she said the resort is closed and there are no guests staying there.

Belair closed last Sunday. Little Bay must be very quiet.

This really makes sense as both are timeshares and with no tourist allowed to come to island there is no need to be open. Expect more timeshare resorts to do the same.
