Wow, direct flights from Boston in July. That’s new!

They've had them for a few years but NEVER in July. Good sign. That could be one of the first Caribbean flights aboard one of their new Airbus A220 planes -- the economics make lots of things possible.

It’s also quite a bit more than we paid for the direct from JFK last year. Not unexpectedly, all of the airfares are up.

You’re right. Although in my experience with Jetblue summer flights to SXM the price never gets better than the day it is released. Of course all of those trends are out the window now. Ended up booking with AA for slightly less and a connection but closer to home (PVD) so we don’t have to overnight in BOS with two little kids. We did Jetblue direct from JFK last summer but had to overnight on both ends of the trip.

Still no January Sunday departures without an overnight....Delta and/or United will be my choice I guess
