Is AAA car rental still doing business?

We have emailed Alain Arnell at his three email addresses with no response. I recall he could be a bit tardy in the past but this seems too long. I'm wondering of any one has rented from him recently?

Yes, we rented from Alan on Wednesday. His son Was at the airport waiting when we arrived. He is off island for awhile. Myra took good care of us!

Yes, we just rented from AAA in June.. Better check your spam filter, to make sure a response didn't end up there.

Thank you all for the update. I know Alain travels off island at times and I can be patient. Glad Kenny's and AAA are doing well and getting strong reviews. Heading to SXM mid month. Can't wait. TTOL information is so helpful.

AAA is my goto car rental...glad he is still in business, great service

We tried them twice, wasn't crazy about there service other than the fact they were down the street from Beachside Villa's. We were to use them in October/Nov in "17". we all know what happened then. We tried so many times to contact them ask if they were alright. But never heard back from them. The other thing, when returning the car, it was if they were looking for something to charge me for!!! We have been with SAX now three years, service is AMAZING, non of this waiting around for emails and phone calls. Prompt service to, nice newer cars too! Have a great time, hope you are not sticking your thumb out for a ride! LOL!!!

X2 here, used their service for the first time on an April visit. Couldn't have been a smoother customer friendly transaction, don't know why it took me 23 years of visits to find them.

Just heard back from AAA this morning. Also, it was in the spam folder but nothing from earlier. Looking good for now.
