I'm sure timeshare owners at the Towers are not unhappy to see this. ...assuming, of course, that he doesn't weasel out of it somehow. Won't get them back their units though.

I seriously doubt this will have any effects on the Towers as most of us consider our weeks and units as gone but I truly hope the courts are able to stick it to Ansary and all his little minions. And particularly those still on SXM and serving on various political - governmental boards in whatever their capacity. Too bad his island minions couldn’t suffer from the settlement of this lawsuit, too………..
