Vaccination card - 01/17/2022 07:45 PM

Hello all,

We will be traveling to SXM in a couple of weeks. Saw a post on another site about vaccination cards. The one shown had stickers on the card for the vaccine dates. Mine and my Wifes card was handwritten from Walgreens. Will that be a problem....Thank you

Ours were reverse of that. Handwritten vax and booster stickers. Just depended where you got them.

Is everyone talking the actual card or is a photo on your phone acceptable.

We take our actual card, along with a photocopy, which we keep in our wallets all the time, even here.

Like Carol, we carry our cards and a copy.

Don't fret about loss or damage here in USA. I contacted government for replacement ---hubby left his in a pocket and decided he'd to the laundry so how could I be upset with him lol.

I was told to return to where the vaccine was given and they would give me a replacement. He got it yesterday.
