EHAS Trial Run

EHAS Trial Run - 04/26/2022 11:43 PM

Took the time to look into filling out the form on a test run. Just a few pointers to make it easier for you. Avoid using the auto fill as it'll stop you from advancing to the next field to fill out. It's day-month-year for everything just like your passport. I had a hard time finding where I put the Vax card picture on my drive so I converted it into a PDF and made it easier. It asks if your boosted and if you check yes then they want to see proof again even if the booster is shown on first card you attached. Now I'm all set to when I have to do it next week. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that info I wondered if you started it would it be a problem I will try it very soon I guess as you complete one section it opens another. Thanks to everyone about AAA Car rental I finally just called the number on his page the one that flashes Alain picked up on the third ring and yes he had received my request and we had a 10 minute conversation about how we are and his well being ,I think we were one of his first renters it was behind a building at the end of the runway the car had many dents good tires missing a some lug nuts one on each side of the car we went out to Orient beach and I had to stop a few times to tighten them brought the car back he he said sorry oversight placed two nuts and off we went been with him ever since. I’m a little Leary about filling that form out here’s hoping we make our May 10 trip .we first started in 1985

Dick--everything should be fine. So long as you don't have to test, you have plenty of time to get your approval done.

Yes. It allows you to keep proceeding to next page. I just stopped after uploading the Vax card to see what needed to be done as next prompt was for the insurance. I used arbitrary dates so it fell in the 3 day window. Was a good practice session.

You should be ok! Everything is very straight forward (for me, whenever I get to the 2nd page, I have to scroll up to answer the Covid questions, but it shouldn't matter as you can't move forward without answering them).

Filled out my form at 9:30 this morning, got my approval at 11:30. Parentals, here I come! (only my mom knows i'm coming...can't wait to see the look on my dad's face when all his kids show up)

Wow, four weeks. We arrive May 21st for two weeks. I am imagining how great two weeks would be and I guess four weeks would be twice as good.

You are correct, we just returned from a 4 week stay and it could be habit forming drinking

We'll be in the same Flamingo Villa building 3 you were in. Top floor 3302A/B for the first two weeks then 7502 for the second two. Hope you enjoyed the room you were in as we own the fixed week 28 there in 3101A/B which we never use. Will probably end up selling it in the near future.

Scuba 3101B was great and no one was in 3101A during our stay. The room felt brand new because of the reno and had everything we needed. Love the big shower. Will your move to 7502 be as nice as your 3302A/B?

7502 is a one of a kind studio on the top floor on the point. Yes pretty nice but not as big as the 2 bed lockouts like you had. All were totally rebuild and the view from 7502 is absolutely breathtaking facing the beach with Saba in the distance.

Wow nice itinerary, you're in a league of your own. We're not there......yet but are thinking of kicking it up to 2 trips a year. We like to go Feb Mar or Apr to get away from our Canadian winter and now are trying to decide what other time of the year to go. Don't know
On our recent trip we stopped by the Horny Toad and met Doug and he was gracious enough to show us around. What a hidden gem! We were very impressed. Each visit we gain a little more knowledge of everything. Enjoy your upcoming trip.

What is the optimum, that is the question. Two 5-weekers or five 2-weekers? We arrive soon for one 3-weeker.

So far, we have not had a land vacation much beyond 2 weeks and our cruise limit is 12 days and we are toast. We shall see how three weeks goes.

I come from the West Coast and it's quite a trek. My first, and last, two-week trip was the first time I went to the island. It's just not long enough for me. Plus, two air fares are superior to five! jester

I'm glad you were able to meet Doug. He and Debbie are wonderful innkeepers. You are right - it's a hidden gem. My only quarrel is the lack of a swimming pool which makes BSV a little more attractive on the surface, but I don't like all the pot holes on the way to BSV when it's raining. Ultimately I prefer HT's very-central location so have learned to live without a pool.
