Enjoyed Lunch At Enjoy

We had a really nice lunch yesterday at Enjoy located in the Marigot Marina area. We went with the fixed price menu (only 29 euros) that included many options. We both had the crab cake to start that was outstanding. Entrees were mahi mahi and salmon, both with the creamy lime sauce. The fish was excellent and I could have eaten a cup of the sauce by itself.....really good. We both finished with the raspberry creme brulee. Probably the best meal we have had in the two plus weeks we have been here and very reasonably priced.

On a sadder note, it really is a shame how many of the restaurants we used to enjoy are in disrepair. And it appears no one is in a hurry to restore or demolish them. Claude Mini Club used to be one of our favorites (especially for their Wednesday and Saturday buffets) and Brasserie de La Gare was the first French side restaurant we ate at on our first trip to St. Maarten in 1995. Really sad to see what has happened to the marina area and Marigot in general.

We actually had thought of eating here this next trip as we love eating on the "formule." To me it just makes it easier, is usually a much more manageable amount of food as the portions are normal human size so 3 courses is not a struggle, and is usually far more affordable. Think we will give them a try. Thanks for the great pictures too. Love trying my skills at reading cursive French menus 🤣

Sounds like a really lovely lunch, for a very good price! Will have to think about that for this trip. Too many restaurants, too little time!!!
