A couple of interesting items-
Apparently the border dispute between Dutch and French sides in Oyster Pond has been 'settled' and only minor details remain to be worked out. A formal agreement is hoped to be to be signed by June 2023. This will enable rebuilding in the Captain Oliver's area.

Apparently Cul de Sac is currently free of sargassum and there are plans to build floating booms to protect the bay in future.

Good news for now and hope that plan will work in the future.

For those of you on Facebook take a look at the picture posted by Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond today of the clean up started in the marina. Maybe this new agreement has something to do with it. We will be there in 11 days.

Jaybird--thanks for that post. Oyster Pond needs to be repaired, for sure.

What are your dates? Looks like I will just miss you again unless you stay for 2 weeks.

Sorry, I arrive on Nov 8. It has been a long time since we were able to get together. Perhaps I wilk be lucky to see Ben and Katie as they usually stay longer now.
