Not all the jetways working - 11/20/2023 06:35 PM

According to Jeff Berger's newsletter, not all the jetways are working. Allegedly, they will all be working by December 15. And it appears from Todd's note that AA is not getting any jetways, as of now.

Wrong! Both AA flights out of Miami today have used gate A1 with a working jet-bridge in SXM.

OK, well, I guess that is a change, as of today, but all of them have definitely NOT been working.

Not a change as of today, the first AA flight from SXM to CLT (2760) had gate A1 and a working jet-bridge and the second AA flight from SXM to CLT (2478) had gate A2 with a working jet-bridge. This all happened on Saturday the 18th of November 2023.

And Todd came in YESTERDAY from Charlotte and he said he did not have a jetway.

He would not have a Jetway as an arrival. Jetways are only for departures as of now.

No, Todd said that his plane was parked way out on the tarmac. If they are using a jetway, they will pull the plane up to the jetway. It has previously been reported that they don't move planes after they disembark the plane.

This one is done.
