Final meals are January 18, 19
I believe it is just too time consuming for a one man kitchen along with his other endeavors and consulting

Sorry to hear that! Our meal there was one of the best experiences we've had in SXM. Hubert has such passion for his food. I know he will do well at Aloha, but we'll miss that special ambience at Les Galets
