Provisioning in Grenada - 01/19/2013 01:49 PM

We will be doing a bareboat charter out of Grenada soon and intend to self provision food and beverages. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Go to the spice market in St. Georges for fruit, veg and spices

They have a supermarket in the Spiceland Mall that is quite large and well stocked (if the ferry has been in). The spice market in town is great for produce.

I had mentioned this in a previous post. Sorry I don't know how to link to it.
I agree with the previous post recommending IGA. For booze ,pop, bottled, frozen and dry items I use CK's. The only way I can describe the location is as you come off the airport highway and then take your left at the roundabout to go to IGA... CK is on your immediate left. Blue building as I recall. It is setup like a small Costco... No glam. Enjoy.
