Since you posted under nude beaches heading, Couples Negril would be my suggestion. Reason being, although Tower Isle has a nude area, the water/wind on the north shore is rougher than Negril. Can't beat the beach in Negril!

Couples Swept Away is the only Jamaica Couples resort that does not have any nude area. Couples San Souci has a nude beach and pool on the sunset side, but it opens to everyone prior to sunset.

Without a doubt Sans Souci. I don't like the nude beach area in Negril as it is too open to people walking by. Getting to Tower Island isn't as bad as it used to be since they got the new boat to the island. Sans Souci has a separate nude beach and pool area and the rest of the resort is outstanding.

I've been to all except Swept Away (no nude beach).

San Souci is a beautiful resort and it has a very nice nude area, but the beaches at the resort SUCK! PERIOD! If you are a beach person and swimming in the ocean is important to you, avoid this resort at all costs.

Tower Isle? Very nice resort, BUT! You are at the mercy of the weather as it pertains to access to the nude island.
Windy and rough seas? The water taxi to and from the island does not run.

Couples Negril? Great beach, BUT! Not a very good nude area on the beach. You are on display when entering the water because you are sharing the beach with textiles.

That said, I would pick Negril over all the rest. After a few drinks the textile folks become a blur and are easily ignored when entering the sea. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" />

...and if you have any physical limitations avoid San Souci.
The resort is not easy to navigate. It's built on a very steep grade. Many steps to walk up and down.

Wrap the cushions/floats around you to go into the ocean at Negril...that's what we always did to avoid the gawkers. I've been to Tower Isle and Sans Souci too but like Negril the best (still doesn't beat Orient Beach though).

I have been to both CTI and San Souci.

For the AN facilities, San Souci would be my choice. The Island at CTI is nice, but red flag days are common where it is too rough for the boat to take guests out to the Island. I have not been to Couples Negril, but I have heard frequently from those who have been there about the lack of privacy on the nude beach.

A few other observations, there are a lot of stairs at San Souci, but there is a service road down the behind the buildings which can help you avoid a lot of the stairs.

Tower Island is a fun party resort with really good dining options - better dining than CSS in our view. CSS has a much more laid back vibe than CTI in our experience.

Both are nice resorts and you will not really go wrong with either one.

Not sure if you're locked into just Couples for sure. We just returned from Grand Lido Negril, which has a clothing optional section of the resort. GLN has a lot of problems, but the c/o section of the resort right now is a good bargain, or it was when we went last week. They are supposed to be doing renovations soon and the prices will go up.

If you're planning an 8 or 12 day trip you my want to try booking two resorts instead of just one and one that you may like if you aren't looking for a fancy high end resort is the (N-resort)it's 24/7 nude and couples only, and only 15 minutes from the Montego bay airport and they have a very nice beach I might add. My wife and I were there in may for 13 days and had a very nice trip, but we aren't a very hard to please couple and to break up our time at the resort we took 3 daytime tours. May to July I would say is the best time to book this resort any other time may prove to be a little windy with it being on the north shore or maybe not. But there's very little beach traffic at this property and the Time and Place B&B/Bar just next door is nude-c/optional also. Mind you both of these resorts are a little like fancy beach front camping, but 5 days at N-resort could be a lot of fun. When we were there in May we saw maybe in a 12 hour time period 6am to 6pm maybe 1 or 2 beach walkers every 2 hours and security was always around, security and or resort staff were with in site every 5 to 8 minutes through out our stay. Great food and great service, the age group was 45 to 65 and this resort is rustic like club-orient but they have a very nice swimming pool with a slide and it's only 5ft deep.
