Hawksbill Beach (Eden Beach) on Antigua

Hawksbill Beach (Eden Beach) on Antigua - 01/23/2014 06:17 PM

Has anybody ever gone to Hawksbill Beach on Antigua? The people at Hawksbill Beach Resort call the C/O beach "Eden Beach". I'm not sure how common that name is.

I couldn't convince my wife to go to Club Orient in St Martin (or Cayo Ensenachos in Cuba), so we're going to Galley Bay Resort in April. It's next to the Hawksbill Beach Resort, making it less than a mile from our resort to the C/O beach.

Hi. Please do a SEARCH and put in Hawksbill and search in the nude forum, extending your date range out to about 3 years, and you will get several entries.

I too would like some info. Im thinking about going there this summer and would like to hear how others have liked it. My girlfriend is shy with going nude but does sometimes. Is this a crowded or quiet beach?
Thanks!

Steve--did you do the search and read what was posted? It is not a busy beach at all.

We were at Hawksbill last November for the day off a ship and snorkeled off Eden Beach, also known as Beach 4. Hawksbill has 4 beaches. All of our times there, including last November, there were very few people on Eden, BUT (just to let you know) this last November there were a number (maybe 3?) of single men who seemed a little strange and freaked out the wife a little as we walked down beach to get in front of Hawksbill rock - to which we swam while snorkeling. It is a beautiful place and it is a big beach - you can find your own spot which can be just your own spot. I predict you can have pretty good privacy there, if that is what you want. When we go for the day off a ship, we pay the day rate of $40 per person for all the amenities available (it is AI) , but you can just go to the beach.
